These Terms govern your access to and use of Orbis11’s website and recruiting services. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Services
Orbis11 provides talent sourcing, screening, and shortlisting services.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information about roles and requirements
- Respond to candidate submissions in a timely manner
- Inform Orbis11 when a candidate is hired
- Pay any success-fee invoices in accordance with agreed terms
3. Fees
Orbis11 operates on a success-fee model unless otherwise agreed.
Fees become due only when you hire a candidate introduced by Orbis11.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, with notice.
4. Candidate Introductions
A candidate introduced by Orbis11 is considered an “Orbis11 Candidate” for 12 months from the date of introduction.
If you hire that candidate within 12 months, a success fee applies.
5. Replacement Guarantee
Orbis11 provides a free replacement if a hired candidate leaves or is terminated within the guarantee period (see Refund & Replacement Policy below).
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—text, graphics, logo, design—is the property of Orbis11 and cannot be copied or redistributed without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Orbis11 is not liable for:
- Hiring decisions made by clients
- Performance or behavior of candidates after hiring
- Any indirect or consequential damages
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
