1. What the Guarantee Covers

If the candidate:

• Leaves the role voluntarily,
• Is terminated due to performance or suitability issues, or
• Fails to meet essential job expectations,

within 30 days of joining, we will replace the candidate at no additional cost.

2. Eligibility Criteria

The replacement guarantee applies only if:

• The success-fee payment has been settled in full
• The client provides accurate job details
• The role, salary, responsibilities remain unchanged
• The candidate has been given a fair onboarding and environment

3. What Is Not Covered

The guarantee does not cover:

• Termination due to company financial issues
• Role changes made after hiring
• Layoffs or restructuring
• Misconduct unrelated to job performance

4. Replacement Process
